The majority of the time, developing an intelligent technology entails obtaining data from a variety of sources. In most situations, the data acquired may be shared right away after it is collected, and it is based on the impact on present operations and operational requirements. Raw intelligence is based on little bits of information about occurrences and may contain doubts or mistakes that must be rectified via reporting and analysis. Information is evaluated, contrasted, and weighted incomplete intelligence products so that conclusions may be drawn. Perfect intelligence, also known as completed intelligence, is the result of a series of events in the intelligence process. It double-checks a group of information or a single fact in order to reduce the risk of incorrect conclusions and deceit. Individuals, governments and organizations are always trying to find a way to remain secure from internal and external threat. None of the parties wants to lose crucial information or funds due to ransomware that has been explicitly discussed in this paper. The law formulates guidelines of collecting forensic information and data to prosecute cases of this caliber and they have been discussed in detail. There is software to help fortify network systems and while some of them are premium others are free and easily acquired over the internet. Knowing the cycles of threat intelligence is critical to the entire process and recommendations are offered to ensure organizations, individuals and countries remain safe from external and internal network threats.
