In this paper, as a new element of environment-adaptive software, we consider reconfiguration during operation to respond to changes by reconfiguring the layout not only before the start of operation but also after the start of operation. There are various targets for reconfiguration of environmental adaptation, such as offload code and amount of processing resources, but this paper targets the placement destination.
