Dielectric properties of composite films of MgWO4, FeWO4, Zr(WO4)2

Abstract

Resonance spectra were obtained to determine the dielectric properties of composite polymer-dielectric films, where the dielectric was MgWO4, FeWO4 or Zr(WO4)2. The resonant frequencies for the films were in the 383 to 473 MHz range. The relaxation times, the real and imaginary permittivities, and dissipation factor and conductivities for the three materials were determined.
