An Operating Room Germicidal Air Decontamination Technology Does Not Interfere with Return Air Ducts

Abstract

Airflow was measured at the return ducts in a simulated operating room with an air recirculation device on and off.  The device was found to have no effect on the airflow at the return ducts.
