In this regard, the purpose of this research is to identify the main indicators of green supply chain management and prioritize the factors affecting the green supply chain in organizations. The main issue of this research is identifying the main indicators of  green supply chain management and providing a model in this direction and ultimately selecting the best supplier from the viewpoint of environmental considerations. This research has been conducted in two different phases; firstly, the executive activities of achieving the green supply chain management and the barriers to achieving green supply chain management have been expressed, then in the second stage, green supply chain indicators By studying the scientific literature and opinion of the experts of the industry (24 indicators) and the basis of the preparation of the questionnaire. After collecting data and factor analysis, a three factor model (including 16 components of external stimulus management, internal stimuli, and operational activities of green supply chain management) has been developed to measure green supply chain management. In this research, three hypotheses were suggested. According to the results of this study, the hypothesis of the effect of internal stimuli of green supply chain management on operational activities of green supply chain management was not confirmed, while the effect of external stimuli on internal stimuli and the effect of external stimuli on The Green Supply Chain Management operational activities have been verified, which means that external stimuli may be required to positively affect the internal drivers towards the operational activities of the green supply chain management and companies are required to remain in the competition arena.
