Pharmaceutical engineers are often wondering what is the next step to combating cancer, and what kind of structures are going to become the future molecules, it turns out that mefloquine derivatives, would be very beneficial thanks to their activity of mimicry of the so-called PDF moiety, which may help enhance selectivity and therapeutic effectiveness, safety as well as manufacturing drug quality in future preparations. In this short column, I am analyzing and proposing new structures for in vitro studies.
