An initial study of automatic offloading to quantum computers

Abstract

We have proposed environment-adaptive software that automatically converts existing code to operate appropriately according to the environment. The automatic offloading of environmental adaptation that has been verified so far has been for existing heterogeneous hardware such as GPUs and FPGAs. In this paper, we consider a method for automatic offloading to new hardware such as quantum computers and photonics-electronics convergence devices.
