Abstract

Real-time chat applications have become essential for seamless communication in various domains, including business, healthcare, and social networking. This paper presents the development of a real-time chat application utilizing WebSockets and Firebase to ensure instant message delivery, scalability, and data persistence. The system incorporates end-to-end encryption for security and an optimized backend to handle high user loads efficiently. Performance analysis demonstrates low latency and high reliability, making it suitable for real-world applications. This research highlights the design, implementation, and potential enhancements of real-time chat systems for future communication needs
