The Joint Energy Supply and Self-Healing Engine (JESSE) is a patent-pending adaptive power-routing system designed by UAP Data House LLC to maintain electrical continuity during multi-path faults. JESSE detects current anomalies, isolates failing branches, and autonomously re-energizes redundant paths without external control. This paper presents a conceptual academic disclosure outlining system behavior, validation outcomes, and functional integrity tests while omitting all proprietary circuit values, algorithms, and control code.
