This paper reports a global instability phenomenon observed in an annular free liquid sheet configuration. It first presents a detailed description of the physical phenomenon and qualitative physical interpretation and mechanism speculation, the involved fluid mechanics directions and concepts, and the academic significance and potential value of the phenomenon.
To ensure the accuracy of the phenomenological description, this preliminary report is written in Chinese.
