A numerical procedure based on the Backward Euler method for two point boundary value ordinary differential equation (ODE) systems with applications to a model in flight mechanics

This short communication develops a numerical procedure suitable for a large class of ordinary differential equation systems found in models in physics and engineering. More specifically, we have utilized the standard Backward Euler method combined with a MAT-LAB function for obtaining a method suitable for a class of two point boundary value ODE non-linear systems. In the last section, we apply the method to a model in flight mechanics.
