This diploma thesis presents the design of an integrated biofuel (biodiesel) production line. The technological processes developed in the project improve upon the existing technology by increasing labour productivity, improving product quality and reducing the labour intensity of biodiesel manufacturing. The design section includes a market analysis of biodiesel equipment and production lines, a review of production methods, and the development of a reactor based on ultrasonic cavitation for intensifying the transesterification reaction. Working parameters of centrifugal pumps were calculated and a manufacturing process route for the pump shaft was developed. The project also includes detailed occupational safety instructions for operating the line, covering fire safety requirements and first aid measures. The economic section confirms the economic efficiency of the developed line and its affordability for small farms in Ukraine.
