Conductivity values are difficult to compare when specimen state, loading history, and flow conventions are incompletely described. This technical note proposes a minimum reporting framework organized around traceable specimen, treatment, and measurement records. It connects each required field to an interpretation that would otherwise remain ambiguous. The framework is a proposed research reporting aid, not a replacement for a formal testing standard. Its main contribution is a compact data structure that preserves both measured values and the conditions needed to reproduce them.
